What is the difference between a Non-Exclusive & Exclusive beat purchase?: Non-Exclusive beats can be purchased and downloaded instantly from our website. In short you are “Renting or Leasing” the beat from us for your project for a low price and leaves the beat available for other artist to do the same. This is the most common way beats are sold.

Exclusive beats are sold by selecting the beat you want paying and you will receive the files in 24-48 hours. After purchasing the exclusive rights, we will remove the beat for purchase and no longer sell any further licenses on the beat to anyone else.

Can I mail a Money Order or Check to pay for beats?: Yes, we except Money Orders, Checks, PayPal, & Credit Cards. (through PayPal, no account required)

To mail a payment:

1) Fill out the mail in order form with the beats you would like to purchase to include with your payment.
2) Write the Check or Money Order out to: Beats On Lock

3) Send an email to Sales@BeatsOnLock.com letting us know when you have mailed the payment.

You will have the choice to receive the beats emailed to you for free to a email you provide OR for an additional $5 you can have a CD mailed to you. If you are receiving a CD you can have the CD mailed & have the beat sent by email also.

* Note: CD’s are sent within 1 business day of cleared payment and usually arrives at your door within 3 days but can take 2-7 days.
Do you except international orders?: Yes we do both online & thru mail order. Contact us in advance for mail order requirements for international customer orders.
How do I Instantly Download my Beat(s) purchased?: If you bought your instrumentals online then right after you make payment you will be able to download them INSTANTLY. You will only have 2 days to download them so if you mess up or have a problem please contact us and we will resend them to you by email. We will resend the download link to you to re-download up to one week after purchase. If a week has passed since the purchase was made you will have to repurchase the tracks from our website.

You will receive a beat with no BeatsOnLock vocal tags in it.
How do I make a beat purchase?: Online is the simplest and quickest way to receive your beat.

1) To purchase a beat Non-Exclusive go to the Beat Section of your choice.
2) When you see a product you would like to purchase, Scroll down to the beat & click Play Clip to listen or Add 2 Cart to buy it.
3) After adding your selection to the cart, click Continue Shopping to or Proceed 2 Checkout to check out.
4) IF you have a PayPal Account you can login on the right side of the screen by entering your PayPal information & click log in.
5) IF you would like to check out with a Debit or Credit card instead, Enter your billing information in the section provided.
6) After payment is completed you will be immediately directed to a screen to download your Beat instrumentals INSTANTLY.

Postal Mail is also an option but can take a little longer.

How long does it take to process my mail order?: Mail orders usually ship within 1 business day or as soon as payment clears. The post office usually takes 2-7 days for standard mail but you will usually receive it by the 3rd day. If you want the beats delivered by email then they will be emailed to you as soon as the payment clears.
How long will I have to download the file?: Once you receive the link you will have 2 days to download the file and then the link will expire, at which time you can contact us up until 1 week to have the link resent. If it has been over 1 week you will have to repurchase the track(s) to have a new link sent to you.
I am having a problem downloading my beat(s) I purchased. Can I get a refund?: All sales are final. However, we will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure you receive your music by another method.
What are our Leasing Terms & Conditions?: Tracks can be purchased Exclusively & Non Exclusively. For full term's and rights see our Licensing & Terms they can be viewed by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
What happens if I accidentally delete or lose a downloaded track?: Since we are supplying your track as an Instant Download we know the file can be deleted, lost or corrupted. Take this into consideration not to accidentally lose or damage your music files because when downloaded they are your responsibility. If it is our fault we will resend the download link to you to re-download up to one week after purchase. If a week has passed since the purchase was made you will have to repurchase the tracks from our website
What is our privacy policy?: We protect all information collected by BeatsOnLock.com. All personal information collected will be used for the purpose of order processing and email mailing list updates and will never be sold, or traded. Our full privacy policy can be seen at the bottom of our website.
What Payment methods do you except?: We except all major Credit Cards thru PayPal, Money Order, Checks and Western Union.
Why are some beats priced at $5 Dollars?: A beat can be in the $5 beat section for various reasons.
1) It can be the Age of a beat (It may have been created some time ago)
2) It could be the Quality of a beat (Due to not being mixed properly because of not having access to the original files due to equipment being sold, upgraded ect..
3) It could be a special and may be put there for sometime and then moved back into the main beat section.$5 beats are only available in Mp3 file and only sold Non Exclusively.HOWEVER, Most of the $5 beats are offered EXCLUSIVELY at BeatsOnLock.com ONLY and you will not find them being sold anywhere else.
Will the BeatsOnLock tag still be in the beat after purchase?: No, you will receive a tag free beat meaning there will be no vocal logo tags through out the beat s heard on the website. That is placed for online preview purposes only.
